A description of the property
A very impressive and spacious apartment on the third floor of a period mansion block.

Please note there is no lift so it would be unsuitable for those unable to climb stairs.

Hallway
Through the front door there is an impressive staircase with white carpets. There is oak flooring throughout the apartment except in the bedrooms.

Kitchen/Diner
The contemporary high gloss white kitchen has a dining table which can seat six. Great for cooking with a glass of wine whilst chatting to friends! Fitted with SMEG appliances there is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and everything you could need to self cater.

Lounge

All bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer than a week a change of towels and bed linen is provided. We can also arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

Pets are not accepted at this property.

All electricity and gas costs are included. The property has gas central heating.

If you would like champagne and chocolates waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help – just ask!

Price for the property

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
