his is a very light, modern and spacious two bedroom apartment beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is next door to Sovereign 1 and they share a landing space so if you are a larger party or have an extended family group it would be ideal to book these together. You could even leave both front doors open and go between the two.
We have tried to make this a real home from home for you and it is ideal choice if you are relocating. The apartment is in Brighton Marina Village and is a perfect holiday spot. There are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a walk along the boardwalk next to all the yachts gives a Mediterranean feel! You certainly couldn’t get closer to the sea and central Brighton is still easily accessible.
The apartment has its own allocated parking space which makes it easy if you are coming by car. It is on the first floor with an east facing balcony. From the lounge window there are views to the inner harbour.
The Marina is a very pleasant 20 minute walk along the flat coast road to Brighton Pier , but if you don’t want to walk buses are really frequent and there’s a bus stop really close by or you can take one of the famous Brighton Tuc Tucs to anywhere you want in town for £2. There are restaurants and bars on the Marina itself so for a night out you wouldn’t even need to go into town. There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets, but generally the Marina attracts a 25+ age bracket. The Seattle Hotel has a stylish wine bar and top quality restaurant overlooking the yachts and there are tapas and fish restaurants, a floating Chinese restaurant, an Indian restaurant, Café Rouge, Pizza Express, a great coffee house and patisserie… to name a mere few.
A description of the property
The apartment is decorated neutrally throughout and has a quality carpet and fittings. All the furnishings are modern and new and have been chosen to create a homely and comfortable place. There are quality soft furnishings and pictures.
The Hall
The apartment is approached up one flight of stairs. The hallway has halogen lighting and plenty of cupboard space for storage. All the rooms in the apartment lead off the hallway.
The Lounge/Diner
The lounge/diner is a bright dual aspect room with views to the inner harbour and a balcony. You can sit at the dining table and look out at the yachts. It is decorated in neutral tones with cream leather sofas and a dining table for four. It is an attractive and comfortable room with quality furnishings, lamps and pictures.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is blue and white and has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all the mod cons you would expect. It is fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater.
The Bedrooms
The Master bedroom is an east facing dual aspect room with its own balcony. It has a tiled floor giving a truly Mediterranean feel and all the bedding and lamps are of a high standard. There is an en suite shower room.
The Bathroom
The bathroom is a white suite with blue and white tiles.
Additional Information
All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.
All electricity and gas costs are included.
If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
