his is what Brighton is all about! A fabulous area to stay and a great apartment that we’re really pleased to manage because it really is in a great little spot and is finished to a good standard. The apartment has a contemporary feel and is in the heart of the ultra fashionable Kemp Town district. It’s really close to the sea and town and just off the vibrant St James’ Street and New Steine. At the end of the road there are restaurants, cocktail bars and coffee shops. Love’s Restaurant is very close by and has undergone the Gordon Ramsay treatment; a definite place to try! The beach is just a few hundred metres away and the town centre is a five minute walk away.

A description of the property

This is a two bedroom apartment which can sleep six if you use the sofa bed in the lounge. It is on the top floor of a period building with oblique sea views from the bedrooms. It has been decorated in a contemporary style and has a modern kitchen, quality furnishings, lamps and pictures.

The Lounge
This is contemporary room with LCD tv and stereo, quality sofas, lamps, books, pictures and a dining table for four. The sofa is a small double sofa bed.

The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has oblique sea views. Finished in white throughout and with a comfortable iron frame double bed.

The Bathroom
Back out to the corridor, the next room off to the left is the bathroom. A clean, white suite with a shower over the bath.

Kitchen
Off the lounge, down three steps is a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need should you wish to self cater.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 is a single room with a single bed that has another bed under, so it can be arranged as another double. There are oblique sea views from the window.

Additional Information

All bed linen and towels are included. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at a small additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

If you would like champagne and flowers waiting for you on arrival or pampering treatments ready to indulge yourself all this can be arranged with us. We can also have a basic grocery pack waiting for you. Whatever your requirements we are happy to help.

Pets are not accepted at this property as there is no outside area.

Price for the property
Low season From £295 per week
Mid season From £395 per week
High season From £450 per week

Price for other requirements such as additional cleaning services, welcome grocery pack, champagne, etc all by arrangement with us.

We hold a £250 damage/cleaning deposit that will be returned in full as soon as you leave providing there are no major breakages or damage.
